Well if you take it to include disabled brains then it all begins to make sense
We had a couple of folks in their 60s where I used to live, one drove an Aston Martin DB7 the other a Mercedes SL, both with disabled badges

I think if you are given a disabled badge you should only be allowed drive one of those invalid carriages that have those PVC windows and doors...

Where is the sense for a car worth way under £10,000 in most cases?
A couple of interesting observations on my part! When I used to work at a building society in the UK I did a few days at a branch in
ewand's part of the woods. One of the girls said her boyfriend had spent 15,000 GBP modifying his Vauxhall Omega

She said it was unique, I said, 'Yeah because nobody else would be stupid enough to spend that amount of money on that car'
I also remember watching Fifth Gear, the poor mans Top gear, where they were explaining car cruising culture (I think I saw
flyclub in the background at one of their meets

) and one group of about three dozen all drove Citroen Saxos. One particular guy spent a five figure sum doing up his Saxo however for insurance purposes did nothing to modify his 1.1 litre engine

So all his mates used to leave him tagging along at the back
