i haven't experienced it myself but french domestic flights within France booked in N doesn't award any mile on FB (this is sure) and wouldn't count as qualifying segments (99% sure). Moreover, french domestic flights in any class (99% sure) don't count as qualifying segments for FB members with mailing address in France.
