I agree with holding the seminar in a market with lower air fares and reasonable lodging with easy access. March is pretty open for me now. The sooner a date is set, the easier for most people to arrange their schedule.

There have been many great suggestions like Chicago, IAH, MIA, MKE or even MSP. Some of us in the Delta Forum Lounge would like to visit Vegas and a MR seminar would be a great extra.

If you live in a city you think would be good, check out possible meeting places and post the info. From reading past threads, the finding a location once the city was decided was a problem. If this was done first, it might be easier to select the location.
