You hear both Co-pen-HAY-gen and Co-pen-HAAH-gen (like in the the song Wonderful, wonderful etc.), Co-pen-HAY-gen being the most common.

Any info on where the Co-pen-HAAH-gen pronounciation is most prevailent? Is it English vs. American or is it more related to the speaker's age?
