Mrs. GoSpurs and I were on two flights in F on the 170 in December SAT-JFK-SAT. We sat in 1C,D and there was no one else in F either direction. I suspect the recline is normal. There is a soft, see-through netting like "bulkhead" behind row 2 separating the cabins, not a hard wall. It's a very nice aircraft, enjoy!
