Fastest/most efficient considering the # of people with luggage: Supershuttle
You can hire a dedicated blue Supershuttle Van at the airport for $67, allows up to 7 people. Would take 20-40 minutes depending on traffic. Can actually be reserved online at supershuttle.com (the Century Wilshire is in their computer system).
