I am the opposite, as I have always been upgraded, but none of my rentals have been in the gold spots. For example in SYD downtown I have to go to the car park to level 5, SYD airport the car was parked up on the ramp and Horbart airport forgot my car even thou I rang a week before, asleast they rembered the upgraded car type i wanted.
