That sign's outdated. If you look at the 2005 Reference Guide for Employees of Star Alliance Carriers, it clearly says that anyone departing in C (or F) on any Star Alliance carrier can use the SKL C (or SKL F). It also says that *G/MLL/RCC card holders have to use the SATS Premier Lounge. To avoid confusing access policies, just show your boarding pass and not any other card.
