Just to clarify, the guy wasn't yelling--just talking loudly--but I was sitting 8 feet away and could hear every word of the conversation without straining (and there was a family with 2 toddlers sitting in between us). It seems as if an employee would know that non-confirmed means no guarantee, particularly on Christmas Eve when it's likely that other may also be using D1 passes and may have checked in prior to him.
