I'm trying to book a direct flight from LAX to YUL for Sept. My choice is AC788 & the Elite desk assures me there is space available in Business. It does not appear as a choice if I attempt to book on-line, however. Is there any way of getting this space without booking it on the phone at a cost of $30 something per ticket?? Thanks for any assistance.
