2. The LH/NZ rule was pre-2005. As of 2005, anyone with a departing C boarding pass on a Star Alliance carrier can get access to the SKL C lounge. Just show your boarding pass for access. Do NOT show your *G card.
I'm sitting in the SKL (F though) and the path up to the entrance is still clearly marked with who may enter. It's SQ's own Raffles/First/PPS, then LH, OS and NZ biz/first. I've seen people rejected at the entrace with vigouris pointing in the direction of the Premium lounge.
