Terrible behavior for an employee! It is one thing to have a quiet conversation once you get to your destination. Yelling in one's cell phone about travel benefits is grounds for discipline by AA. Also, most employees learn that trying to "get" a gate agent (however questionable their behavior) is a BAD, BAD idea.
