I just booked an award stay at the RI in Greensboro, NC on Veasley St. I can not find any other thread with info on this particular hotel. What concerns me is that on expedia (I think it was expedia, maybe travelocity) the hotel was rated a 2 out of 10 on 2 reviews.

I will be attending a conference across the street at the Koury Convention Center and wanted to use up some points, but don't want a terrible experience. I will not really be doing much else other than sleeping and breakfast there, and it was a point saver weekend award so I won't have a lot invested.

I have stayed at the Marriott Dowtown in GSO several times and it is very nice. There used to be a Fairfield in on Veasley also and stayed there once before it switched to a ramada or somthing else. The stay there had some minor inconviences, but I would go back if it was still a Marriott property.

Looking for any comments from people with experience at this particular RI. The comments on the other travel sites have me a bit concerned.
