The America West F lunch/dinner meals are, right now, a chicken sandwich with pasta salad or a grilled chicken salad. Breakfast is pancakes or a turkey/swiss roll.

As for short-hop flights... I'm waitlisted for F on a two-hour 757 flight PHL-MCO and VirtuallyThere says "Snack/Brunch." Whether that means real food or just the snack basket, I dunno

What's US serve at breakfast? I've got two A321 breakfast transcons coming up...
