You need 10mn at the utmost from the time you reach 2D in order to arrive at security in 2F1. Just follow the moving walkways to the TGV station and from there to 2F1. It is a simple straight line. . From security in 2F1, it is 5mn to any gate. So it is quite doable, except if your flight from TXL is late. If it arrives at a remote stand, you should also factor in an additional 15mn to reach 2D.
