you go to enterprise.com and fill out a complaint form stating that you specifically booked for a fullsize which was stated on his "list".

u should prove your point with your online reservation which i'm hoping you actually reserved online. online rates generally are much cheaper than walk-in or call-in rates.

request that their CS contact you ASAP to resolve this matter, hopefully before the rental is returned so that there will be an adjustment made before they charge your card.
