Nice place, all things considered.

Was upped to a v. nice room (Exec. ? - Not a suite) on the top floor - large room, good sized bath room, room very well appointed and very clean and new (cos it is !). Bottle of mineral water and biscuits/cookies in room, no other 'gift'/pack. Tea and coffee bar, installed trouser press, etc, etc.

Nice-ish toiletries (for CP anyway - hardly RA stuff ! ) - Seaweed Therapy shamp., shower gel, body lotion plus big and small soap bars.

Service/staff response etc also very good - I ordered room service, and food was very ordinary indeed : would not have said anything but 30 mins. after it was delivered they call to ask how the food was. I was honest, telling them it was not good. They immediately insisted on taking it all off my bill. I was impressed.

Didn't have chance to use pool and fitness centre etc but its supposed to be v. good facility.

All in all pretty happy with stay - things were not perfect, but response to probs. that occurred was very good. Room was great (again, by CP standards, as I judge them).
