i rented for this weekend from enterprise. when i got there i asked for the chevy impala, he convinced me it was a premium car, inside the office i showed him on the enterprise fleet chart, where it says clearly that the impala is a full size car, not a premium, so he then tells me that since its a 2006 its considered a premium car. has anyone ever experienced something like that? what am i supposed to do? (he charged me for premium size)
