Another vote for the Hanoi Opera Hilton
The breakfast buffet at the Hanoi Opera Hilton could not be beat but the best breakfast buffet I've had domestically is the surprisingly good breakfast buffet at the San Bernardino Hilton - it's free for Diamonds. A great perk at an otherwise lackluster property.
