Because of work and school schedules, I can only go to Europe (VIE ==> BER ==> AMS to be exact) at the end of May/early June or August. Friends and colleagues advised me not go to in August because of the heat, the crowds, and the cost. They said May/June would be a good time to go, but is it still cold in Europe during this time? Too early for shorts?
