Never seen that, no. I always use OLCI from the link on the front page of my EC homepage (on the right) then select my airport, etc. and it (mostly) just works. Just a thought, Boo - this is your MFU with the date change from recent threads? Perhaps the ticket was not properly revalidated or something? I would suggest a call to the EC who can check this and/or put you through to web services. If there's really nothing to be done, ask they put in a seating request for you which will usually be honoured by the staff editing the flight if they can do it (has happened to me before).
