Last year, I sent a letter of complaint to AF. I later got 2000miles under FIDN. They also sent me a letter explaining that "they were sorry for the inconvenience etc.." and that they would credit my account with 2000miles.

Recently, I got 3,000miles under **** . I later found out that it was an offer on one of the segments I took whereby every passenger would get 3000miles for that segment.

I don't know what KBSC stands for but I don't think it could be for a complaint in August .
