Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but I did a search of the forum.

I checked my account online today and to my delight I found I have been credited with 2000 extra award miles. They were merely marked as KBSC.

Does anyone know what these are or what KBSC stands for ?

The only thing I can think they might be is compesation for some delayed flights I experienced on NWA in august (I filled out a form I was given on the plane at the time)
