The Providian MyPoints card comes to mind, but there are others. On my website below, go to the Credit Card section, then on each of the pages Free Cards and Annual Fee Cards, click on the page you get (important), then do a word search on "0%".

Anyone doinng 0% balance transfers should first read my cautions on this on my Important Starting Info page my Credit Card section.
