There are other more complicated ways involving a 3G phone, a PDA and some software that would allow you to stream Sirius when you are roaming the streets of Italy, but that is getting way too complicated.
XM also offers free internet streaming. So if you have a WiFi connection you can llisten to XM anywhere. There is also a
XM pocket PC program if you have a wireless enabled pocket PC device.
I know XM is expanding (just launched a Canada based subscription). I thought I remember reading that XM and a "World Radio" signed a deal to allow use all over the world, but I do not remember the specifics. Sorry.
