Yeah, we typically use it, but it is not as easy when visiting my husband's family in the UK - they are in the country and don't have a computer, much less internet access. From now on, I think we'll head to a friend's place the day before we fly to ensure we're checked in with our seats confirmed.

We did get to fly UC in the end, though, so let's face it...I can't really whine about what happened!!! Cheesecakes...
