Thanks for all reply. The flight was almost full, there were 4 open seats way in the back on that flight but not together (I did the count during the flight,walk back there 5-6 times during the flight and all of those same 4 seats were empty)

Tomorrow, We'll write to the Customer Relation and 1K voice and I'll let you know the update/outcome as soon as I hear back from UA.
