Similar to another thread ongoing. Inexcusable. I don't care what the FAs were flying to LA for. They go in coach. Period. If this was due to some sort of contract requirement, then the FAs need to understand that things like this are why customers get tired of hearing them complain about losing their benefits. As long as this type of conduct is allowed, the contracts should be trashed.

The OP should make as much noise as possible about this. If you have any access to media contacts, especially anti-UA ones like the NY Times, I bet they'd love to write about it. Maybe a local consumer reporter too.
