As others suggested, you should try to buy the F SIN-KUL ticket seperately. Quite cost effective and you can drink the fare difference in Dom in under an hour!
Y BP with PPS in KUL gets the one class SKL there.
since it's a C fare onward from SIN, PPS + C = SKL F
And since it's a full C fare i'm assuming, there's no need to even buy a separate F SIN-KUL. Just upgrade it for RM92/SGD59 depending on which side you're coming from.
