A-Z: when it comes to phone service as a Plat of any program I do expect the best and I think SPG is good at this but I would not say exceptional. I have been a Plat so many years I do not know what the wait time is like for others but don't we all do our reservations on line now? So I am not sure this is very relevant any more.

I think you should keep track of your real upgrades as this is one of the key advertised benefits. You may be surprised how few you get. And I am not counting the Exec Room upgrades which are not really much in my opinion as I expect them any ways.

I am thinking it may be time for me to make a big switch to another chain but only if it will match my status. Still I am open to being convinced to stay with SPG but I just do not see the evidence.
