Or indeed the world. Since IIIc allows for an RVR/vis of 0m, some sort of roll-out and taxiway guidance is needed. There aren't any certified solutions to this yet. Research is ongoing for a GPS/Galileo-based solution, but it would have to be accurate enough to taxi onto stand. Since the aircraft can't taxi themselves either, its a moot point anyway!
