They do audit. Every quarter. Earlier this year they put 3 SWU back,having read on this forum that UA audits accounts, I did not use them. Three months later they were yanked out. I called MP, and asked them what if I had used them, answer they would have deducted miles or any SWU I had in my account or future SWU if not enough miles.
From what I am reading on this forum too many SWU being returned. IMHO there is a glitch in the system, UA is probably aware of it and is trying to fix it. This returning of SWU seemed to have started when UA was updating its website.I will bet once the problem is taken care of, they will audit all accounts. My 2 cents.
OT: Yesterday when I registered for two Promos on the website, immediately I received emails confirming my registration.Great improvement UA. ^
