This may be a matter of the site not keeping up with the pass changes. However, it may simply be a matter of marketing. The market that they are going after is the leisure market and they would not be buying Latitude fares.

Comparing a large savings to Latitude fares may be comparable in terms of upgrade benefits, but the customer base is not someone who would pay $1700 bucks for a trip to Florida, so although comparable it would not be a useful comparison.
