The rules are that if you have a stopover en-route - a HIP check needs to be done and any additional fare paid. The rules are also that you need to use the coupons in order.
If you change your flights in LON, you
might get away with it. If you dump the 2nd coupon you
might get away with it.
But according to the rules - you shouldn't.
I get the feeling that you're trying to beat the system. You can try, and you might get away with it. Very much a case of YMMV!
