There are only a handful of runways in the country that have CATIIIb auto-land certification.
Just a few have Category IIIb? How many have IIIc?
One of the "bright ideas" my brother and I came up with is a requirement that all scheduled flights be operated with Cat IIIc aircraft and captains, and all airports with at least one scheduled flight per day (yes, that includes ELY, AOO and CDC) have CAT IIIc installed on every runway in both directions. We wish to eliminate weather delays.
