Hrm. If you have a Y BP and your PPS card, I'm guessing the C lounge. Of course you might be able to argue that your C fare + PPS card allow you F SKL access, but I think it would be an uphill battle with not positive result. Might as well try though.
As others suggested, you should try to buy the F SIN-KUL ticket seperately. Quite cost effective and you can drink the fare difference in Dom in under an hour!
