You can do this using a little bbcode.

Basically, you would wrap some URL code around the text you want to link, like so:

[*URL=http://www.linkofyourchoosing.com]Link of my choosing[*\URL]

(I've included the * so that the code wouldn't actually function. You would leave this out)

That's all there is to it.
