Frankly my biggest worry is that we'll get too excited, quaff a bit too much Champagne before even getting on board and then have no recollection of the flight.

can't answer your question i'm afraid.. however I'm also planning our first FIRST trip for next year and am facing similar seating dilema
so will look out for some replie from some of the regular F's on here.
