What we have here is another thread that bears a common theme with several others. That is, UA is not doing a good job of training and supervising their FA's. Examples are rife - inconsistent service, sloppy grooming, a mishmash of uniforms from different eras, dare I say "cold nuts", the list goes on and on. The offending FA's (and not all are in this category) seem to realize that they can get away with almost anything without fear of getting caught.
