Hi - I am arriving Changi at 1.30am and leaving at 8pm, using Singapore Airlines. After many emails with the hotel and various misunderstandings, I got a booking for a 6-hour slot. I am also told that all the rooms in T2 are full so I am in the T1 hotel. I looked at the Changi airport website to see how far is T1 from T2 and saw I needed to take the skytrain - but the website says the skytrain operation stops at 1.30am.

Can anyone tell me how far it is to walk from T2 to T1? Do I need to clear immigration? Was anyone in the same case and went to the T2 hotel first to check if a room was available? If it is too much of a hassle, I may as well go in the lounge (I'm *G) and take some rest there. Thanks for any info.
