I am Infinite Platinum, having qualified each and every year for top tier (even though I no longer have to) since 1987 (110,000 EQM's this year). If I am to lose my upgrades to psudo-platinums who bought their status via Chase, I would seriously question the value of the CO program.
Mr. Kellner, if you are listening, this is a serious line in the sand for all of us long-time and high-revenue producing "best customers".
