Thanks for the links kkjay77 and for the search tip. I can never seem to find anything on this board when I search.

Long story short. I called UA 1K reservations back and they agreed (after a short discussion) that I should not have been charged the $60.00 YQ TAX.

I was refunded the $60.00, which is great since it makes the ticket truly free (if you don't count the miles, that is).

It's times like this when this board is just great! Thanks for the help.
