Probably the easiest way is to register a credit card with the Midwest Rewards Network Dining Program. You can register a card today, dine at a participating restaurant and have miles post in just a few days. Also, register for the current promotion and get double miles for dining by yearend. I don't know where you live, but there are plenty of restaurants in the Milwaukee area where you can dine and participate in the program if you are a MKE Midwest flyer.
