coming back from montreal, i made a reservation by dollar, when i arrived they told me that there is a $55 surcharge per day! (the rental itself was $36) since i live in brooklyn. i told them that i could just go down to enterprise where the rate was the same and with out any hidden charges, so they said "go to enterprise" which i did. horrible customer service.

they are situated in queens, but charge a surcharge for new yorkers?!
