I think with the amount of complaints about this property you can rule out habitual complainers. Both Westin LAX and 4pts LAX are out for me. So far the Sheraton has been great (2 for 2) but I fear that if their service drops there's no LAX location for me.

Alas, I miss the Westin Century City.
