I guess you could do it if your weekends were about six days long.

Seriously, though, I can think of very few instances where one could get more than about six segments in one day. I suppose that someone could maximize segments by flying back and forth between two short cities (e.g. PDX-SEA on AS), but even then, that couldn't be done more than about 10 times in a day due to schedule constraints.
