The AA employees at DEL that I came across both in Nov and last week were untrained and looked disinterested. There was 2 supervisors who seemed to know what they were doing and they had worked for AA in the US and had moved back to India.

There is a slew of non AA employees for baggage screening and they are plain terrible. But that isnt an AA problem and is more of problem with DEL.
