FWIW, In August '05 I paid my DONE4 purchased from CX in CMB using "International Telegraphic Transfer" to avoid the ~AUD240 CC (~USD180) fee.

OK, I missed on 8k-12K ff points thru the CC, but to me those points have a value significanltly less than the $$$.
