No charge if it's just a boogie board. Try to put it in a large plastic bag- the kind they (sometimes) offer at the AP for knapsacks, or bring your own. Will help to protect the foam and leash. Most importantly, make sure that you don't carry any cursed lava back from Hawaii when re-packing(-:
