Amen to that.

The whole system is seriously flawed.

I ensure my miles accumulation program is correctly entered and worry about the PPS sectors later. Much less aggravation.

Why can't SQ get this right? [Because they sub-contract out KrisFlyer and that subcontractor stinks.]

SQ is great in-flight, but pretty much sucks every place else.
